EXCELLENT Based on 516 reviews Posted on Steve BuxtonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 7138 Mace Rd. I don't recall such wonderful service in a very long time. Clyde was our service technician. On time, courteous and knowledgeable. Our gas fireplace needed service. It had set off our detectors. He came in got it going, cleaned everything, replaced what was needed and EVEN PAINTED THE INSIDE! It looks like its brand new. He was here at least an hour and made sure everything was good. We would definately use this company again. Ask for Clyde. Oh the whole thing was $206 total which includes 3% for using a credit card.Posted on Daniel MolineTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Clyde did a great job of cleaning our dryer vent, gas fireplace and wood stove chimney. He provided several useful tips. Good service, responsive, and reasonably priced. You use a wood-burning furnace or a gas fireplace unit quite often. These systems may need more frequent cleaning, especially after heavy use, to stay efficient.
Smoke is entering your rooms, or you notice smoky, burning smells. In most cases, this is a sign of a fire hazard because of obstructions or internal chimney damage.
Besides burning smells, you may notice rotten odors or buzzing sounds coming from the chimney. Usually, this happens when rodents or birds have settled inside the chimney.
After a heavy snowstorm or rain, you see water gathered around the crown. It’s important to repair the crown to keep the damage from extending.
You see visible cracks on the chimney’s masonry or missing bricks in various areas. Consider getting the masonry tuck-pointed to prevent air leaks.
It’s been over a year since your last cleaning. Per the National Fire Protection Association, you should sweep the chimney once a year.
Is there excessive creosote buildup in your chimney? Schedule fireplace care and chimney services today to prevent your chimney from catching fire.
We recommend scheduling a professional chimney cleaning at least once a year—preferably before the winter season—to remove soot, creosote, and blockages that can cause fire hazards.
Common signs include smoke backing into the room, unpleasant odors, visible soot buildup, or difficulty starting a fire. If you notice any of these, it’s time for an inspection.
Yes. Regular cleaning prevents chimney fires, improves airflow, and allows your fireplace or heating system to work more efficiently while keeping your home safe.
